1. The service
NOOR provides a multi-agent AI reception platform. A Customer Business configures one or more agents, each with a mandate: approved facts, mandatory reply templates, escalation rules, and channel assignments. NOOR operates those agents on the Customer Business's channels and delivers the resulting conversations, extractions, and records to the Customer Business.
2. What the agent may say
The platform enforces, at send time, that factual assertions fall within the agent's approved facts list and that mandatory outcomes use the Customer Business's exact reply templates. The Customer Business owns the facts list and the templates at all times, and is responsible for their accuracy, currency, and authorization to be used with guests. NOOR does not verify the business accuracy of facts lists, but does verify — deterministically — that the agent has not strayed outside them.
3. No guarantees of outcomes
NOOR is a communication tool operated within a mandate. The Customer Business remains responsible for the underlying transactions NOOR facilitates: a recorded booking is not a confirmed room, a recorded viewing request is not a booked visit, and a recorded test drive is not a sale. Where a customer's scripts require the agent to say “pending confirmation” or the like, that wording is part of the guarantee. We will not, in normal operation, send a reply that violates the mandate; we will always notify a Customer Business promptly of any incident that threatens the mandate, and our Enterprise SLAs include incident-response timelines.
4. Data
Ownership and control of conversation data follow each Customer Business's data policy as configured in the workspace, subject to the guest-facing commitments in our privacy policy. NOOR does not sell, resell, or license conversation data. Shared-model training on customer data is never performed without explicit, written, per-workspace consent.
5. Acceptable use
The Customer Business must not use NOOR to send messages that are unlawful, deceptive, or that impersonate a party other than the Customer Business (including impersonating a human, unless the Customer Business's scripts explicitly and truthfully disclose AI engagement). Channel-specific rules apply: business-initiated WhatsApp messages must comply with Meta's commerce and messaging policies; voice services are subject to regional telecommunication regulations.
6. Subscription
Plans are billed monthly or annually in SAR, VAT extra, as stated on the pricing page. Yearly billing is non-refundable beyond the unused full months at cancellation. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle; upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rating.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice, or immediately for material breach. On termination, NOOR deprovisions the Customer Business's channels within 5 business days, and conversation data remains available for export for 90 days after the termination date before it is deleted per the retention schedule.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Saudi Arabian law, NOOR's aggregate liability arising from the service is capped at the fees paid by the Customer Business in the three months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. These caps do not apply to a breach of the data handling commitments in section 4, or to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Riyadh, after a good-faith 30-day period of attempted resolution between the parties' senior representatives.
