The flow
One night at Zaytouna, end to end
A table for six, tonight
A guest writes in Najdi dialect asking for a table for six at 9:30. NOOR greets in matching dialect, confirms the date, collects name and number — and, per Zaytouna's rules, records the request rather than promising the table.
Structured, synced, reminded
The extraction lands in the reservation queue: 6 guests · tonight · 21:30 · Zaid A. A confirmation reminder goes to the team; if confirmed, NOOR schedules the 19:15 evening reminder — the single highest-gift no-show saver in hospitality.
Waitlist without the chaos
When a table opens early, NOOR offers it to the waitlist in order of booking time and size. Three guests accept, one declines, and the floor manager gets both updates before the 8 p.m. seat is even empty.
The morning digest
Overnight: 34 conversations, 29 resolved, 5 escalated (large groups, private dining, complaints). Every escalation arrives with full transcript. The front desk starts the day answering, not chasing.
The rules Zaytouna runs NOOR on
- — Menu prices: approved list only. If a dish isn't on tonight's list, NOOR says the fixed “ask the team” reply and forwards the question. No invented substitutions.
- — No confirmation without the floor manager's sign-off above 8 guests or private-dining requests — those always escalate.
- — Dialect lock: Arabic in for Arabic out, English in for English out, matching the customer's register.
- — No discounts in chat. Any discount request is recorded and forwarded to management the same hour.
